It shall be unlawful for any person to locate bulk storage facilities of liquefied anhydrous ammonia gas within the city limits of the City of Clifton Kansas; and that it shall be unlawful for any truck or other vehicles, whether being used for the transfer or storage of liquefied anhydrous ammonia gas, to be stopped or parked at any place within the City limits of the City of Clifton, Kansas; provided, that all such vehicles may be parked within the City limits for not to exceed (1) hour.
